Upper Mount & Bearing Assembly: Installation

  1. To install, reverse removal procedure. Tighten fasteners to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table.
  2. Replace air spring solenoid "O" rings if damaged. Coat "O" rings with Silicone Dielectric Compound (D7AZ-19A331-A) before installing.
  3. Once all components are installed, air springs in strut must be refilled before lowering vehicle. See AIR SPRING REFILL under AIR SPRING SOLENOID under AIR & ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS REMOVAL & INSTALLATION  .
CAUTION: Ensure air springs in strut are refilled before lowering vehicle.
