Height Sensors

Height sensors, of a rotary style, Hall Effect design, determine riding height. See Fig 1 . Height sensors are located at left front, right front and rear of vehicle. Each height sensor measures difference between a set reference point and actual vehicle height, so air suspension control module can respond to variations in riding height. If average vertical speed and travel of wheels are above a predetermined level, struts are switched to firm position.
