Instrument Cluster: Continental

  1. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove steering column shroud. Remove instrument panel moldings. Moldings are retained with clips. Remove 2 center molding retaining screws above climate control panel. Remove ashtray receptacle.
  2. Remove remaining screws and center molding. Remove 17 screws retaining instrument cluster finish panel. Disconnect illumination bulb from right side of panel. Remove panel.
  3. Disconnect shift selector lever cable from steering column. Remove 4 screws attaching cluster to instrument panel. Disconnect wiring harness and remove cluster. To install, reverse removal procedure.
