Removal (Thunderbird, Cougar XR-7)

  1. Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove speedometer cable from cluster. Remove cluster trim panel and 6 screws retaining lens and mask. Remove lens and mask.
  2. Remove screw from transmission indicator cable clamp on steering column. Unhook cable and remove cluster.
