Main & Connecting Rod Bearings: Removal
Remove connecting rod cap after ensuring caps are marked for identification to rod assembly. Use suitable tool (6331) in oil hole of crankshaft to remove upper half of main bearing by rotating crankshaft in direction of engine rotation. Replace main bearings one at a time.
