Removal [11/2021 - 03/2024]: Procedure

  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler) 

    Refer to REPLACEMENT [11/2021 - ]

  2. REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

  3. DISCONNECT NO. 1 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 5 INTERCOOLER COOLING WATER HOSE

  5. REMOVE INTERCOOLER COOLING RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

      1. Detach the 2 clamps.
        NOTE:

        Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly and cooler pipe.

      2. Move the cooler condenser assembly upward and detach the 2 connections between the intercooler cooling radiator assembly and cooler condenser assembly.
        NOTE:

        Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly and cooler pipe.

      1. Move the cooler condenser assembly LH toward the front of the vehicle and pull up the intercooler cooling radiator assembly to remove it.
        NOTE:
        • Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly and cooler pipe.
        • Do not move the cooler condenser assembly toward the front of the vehicle more than necessary.
