Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

   1. Move the cooler condenser assembly LH toward the front of the vehicle and set the intercooler cooling radiator assembly on the vehicle.
      NOTE:

      • Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly and cooler pipe.
      • Do not move the cooler condenser assembly toward the front of the vehicle more than necessary.

   1. Move the cooler condenser assembly upward to attach the 2 connections between the intercooler cooling radiator assembly and cooler condenser assembly and install the intercooler cooling radiator assembly as shown in the illustration.
      NOTE:

      Do not apply any excessive force to the cooler condenser assembly and cooler pipe.

   2. Attach the 2 clamps.

   *e	2 to 7 mm (0.0787 to 0.2756 in.)	-	-

   1. Connect the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose to the intercooler cooling radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
      NOTE:

      • Make sure to slide the No. 5 intercooler cooling water hose until it contacts the hose stopper of the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
      • Make sure that the tabs of the clip are within the area shown in the illustration.

   *e	2 to 7 mm (0.0787 to 0.2756 in.)	-	-

   1. Connect the No. 1 intercooler cooling water hose to the intercooler cooling radiator assembly and slide the clip to secure it.
      NOTE:

      • Make sure to slide the No. 1 intercooler cooling water hose until it contacts the hose stopper of the intercooler cooling radiator assembly.
      • Make sure that the tabs of the clip are within the area shown in the illustration.
