DTC P1235-13: High Pressure Fuel Pump Circuit Open [03/2023 - ]: Procedure

- INSPECT FUEL (ENGINE ROOM SIDE) PUMP ASSEMBLY (FOR HIGH PRESSURE SIDE)
Refer to INSPECTION [11/2021 - ]
HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repair" after replacing the fuel (engine room side) pump assembly (for high pressure side).
Refer to INITIALIZATION [11/2021 - ]

REPLACE FUEL (ENGINE ROOM SIDE) PUMP ASSEMBLY (FOR HIGH PRESSURE SIDE). Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (FUEL (ENGINE ROOM SIDE) PUMP ASSEMBLY (FOR HIGH PRESSURE SIDE) - ECM)
- Disconnect the ECM connector.
- Disconnect the fuel (engine room side) pump assembly (for high pressure side) connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance (for TMMC Made)
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition B21-1 (FP+) - B94-19 (FP1+) Always Below 1 Ω B21-2 (FP-) - B94-18 (FP1-) Always Below 1 Ω B21-1 (FP+) or B94-19 (FP1+) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher B21-2 (FP-) or B94-18 (FP1-) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher Standard Resistance (for TMC Made)
