   Torque Wrench Fulcrum Length

   -

   1. Using a SST, install the suspension tower damper to the vehicle with the 2 nuts.

      Specified tightening torque 

      Torque: 35 N.m (357 kgf/cm, 26 ft.lbf) 

      • SST: 09729-00140 
      NOTE:

      Do not extend or compress the damper.

      HINT: 

      • Calculate the torque wrench reading when changing the fulcrum length of the torque wrench.

        Refer to PRECAUTION [11/2021 - ]

      • When using a SST (fulcrum length of 200 mm (7.87 in.)) + torque wrench (fulcrum length of 180 mm (7.09 in.)):

        16.6 N.m (169 kgf/cm, 12 ft.lbf)
