Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 
  2. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:

    Confirm that the rear seat cushion assembly is securely installed.
  3. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY LH

      *a Fastener - -
      Direction to wake up - -
      1. Place the rear seatback assembly LH in the cabin.
        NOTE:

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      2. Engage the 2 guides to install the rear seatback assembly LH with the 2 bolts.
      3. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

        Torque: 36.8 N.m (375 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

      4. Engage the 2 fasteners.
      5. Engage the 2 clips.
      6. Return the rear seatback assembly LH to its original position.
  4. INSTALL REAR SEATBACK ASSEMBLY RH

      *a Band *b Protruding Part
      1. Place the rear seatback assembly RH in the cabin.
        NOTE:

        Be careful not to damage the vehicle body.

      2. Pass the floor anchor part of the rear center seat outer belt assembly through the band of the rear seatback assembly RH.
      3. Connect the floor anchor of rear center seat outer belt assembly with the nut.

        Torque: 42 N.m (428 kgf/cm, 31 ft.lbf) 

        NOTE:

        Do not allow the anchor part of the rear center seat outer belt assembly to overlap the protruding parts of the floor panel.

      Direction to wake up Install in this Direction
      1. Engage the 2 guides to install the rear seatback assembly RH with the 2 bolts.
      2. Tighten the 2 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

        Torque: 36.8 N.m (375 kgf/cm, 27 ft.lbf) 

      3. Engage the 2 fasteners.
      4. Engage the 3 clips.
      5. Return the rear seatback assembly RH to its original position.
  5. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for LH Side) 
  6. INSTALL REAR SEAT CENTER HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) 
  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT HEADREST ASSEMBLY (for RH Side) 
  8. INSTALL DECK BOARD ASSEMBLY 
  9. INSTALL TONNEAU COVER ASSEMBLY
