  2. CUSTOMER PROBLEM ANALYSIS 
    1. Interview the customer and confirm the problem.

  3. CHECK DTC, FREEZE FRAME DATA AND VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB)* 
    1. Check and record DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [11/2021 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake Booster > Trouble Codes 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Trouble Codes 

    2. Clear the DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

      for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ] 

      for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [11/2021 - ] 

      Chassis > Brake Booster > Clear DTCs 

      Chassis > Brake/EPB > Clear DTCs 

    3. Reconfirm the DTCs.
      1. Reconfirm the DTCs based on the recorded DTCs and Freeze Frame Data.

        for DTC Check / Clear: Refer to DTC CHECK / CLEAR [11/2021 - ] 

        for Freeze Frame Data: Refer to FREEZE FRAME DATA [11/2021 - ] 

        Chassis > Brake Booster > Trouble Codes 

        Chassis > Brake/EPB > Trouble Codes 

        HINT: 

    4. Check the Vehicle Control History (RoB).

      Refer to VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB) [11/2021 - ]

      Chassis > Brake Booster > Utility
