Installation [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL FUEL VAPOR CONTAINMENT VALVE (CLOSE TANK WITH BOLT VALVE ASSEMBLY) 

    Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf) 

  2. CONNECT FUEL TANK VENT HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:
    • Check that there are no scratches or foreign matter around the connecting parts of the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly and fuel vapor containment valve (close tank with bolt valve assembly) before performing this work.
    • After connecting the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly, check that the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly is securely connected by pulling on the tube connector.

      Push in - -
      1. Push the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly onto the fuel vapor containment valve (close tank with bolt valve assembly) and push in the retainer to engage the lock claws.
  3. CONNECT FUEL TANK VENT HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    NOTE:
    • Check that there are no scratches or foreign matter around the connecting parts of the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly and fuel vapor containment valve (close tank with bolt valve assembly) before performing this work.
    • After connecting the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly, check that the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly is securely connected by pulling on the tube connector.

      Push in - -
      1. Push the fuel tank vent hose sub-assembly onto the fuel vapor containment valve (close tank with bolt valve assembly) and push in the retainer to engage the lock claws.
  4. INSTALL FRONT FLOOR COVER LH 

    Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

  5. INSTALL ENGINE UNDER COVER HEAT INSULATOR 
  6. INSTALL NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY 

    Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)
