Inspection [11/2021 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT FUEL VAPOR CONTAINMENT VALVE (CLOSE TANK WITH BOLT VALVE ASSEMBLY) 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1 (+UL) - 2 (+UM) 20°C (68°F) 29 to 33 Ω
      3 (+UN) - 4 (+UP) 20°C (68°F) 29 to 33 Ω

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Fuel Vapor Containment Valve (Close Tank with Bolt Valve Assembly))

      If the result is not as specified, replace the fuel vapor containment valve (close tank with bolt valve assembly).
