- Check for DTCs.
- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMPRESSOR WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY - AUXILIARY BATTERY AND BODY GROUND) WARNING:
Do not disconnect the connector on the high-voltage side.
NOTE:As other DTCs will be stored when the ignition switch is turned to ON with the connector disconnected, be sure to clear the DTCs after the inspection.
- Disconnect the B64 compressor with motor assembly connector.

- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (COMPRESSOR WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY - HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU)
- Disconnect the B64 compressor with motor assembly connector.NOTE:
Do not allow any foreign matter or water to enter the compressor with motor assembly.
- Disconnect the A27 hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance

- INSPECT HV AIR CONDITIONING WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
- Disconnect the T1 compressor with motor assembly connector.NOTE:
Do not allow any foreign matter or water to enter the compressor with motor assembly.
- Remove the HV air conditioning wire from the inverter with converter assembly.
Refer to REMOVAL [11/2021 - ]
NOTE:Make sure that no foreign matter, water, etc., enters the inverter with converter assembly.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
