- SECURE VEHICLE
- REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD LH

- REMOVE FRONT FENDER FRONT SPLASH SHIELD RH
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [11/2021 - 03/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8 [03/2024 - ]
- REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [11/2021 - 03/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9 [03/2024 - ]
- REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER ASSEMBLY
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [11/2021 - 03/2024] , or refer to PROCEDURE - Step 10 [03/2024 - ]
- REMOVE SUSPENSION TOWER DAMPER (w/ Damper)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4 - REMOVE SHIFT CONTROL ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY
- REMOVE SHIFT CONTROL ACTUATOR SEAL NOTE:
- Remove all fragments of the shift control actuator seal.
- The shift control actuator seal may remain attached to the hybrid vehicle transaxle assembly side. Make sure to remove it.
- Do not use a sharp tool such as a scraper.
HINT:
Perform this procedure only when replacement of the shift control actuator seal is necessary.
