   Remove in this Direction

   Hearting Area

   1. Apply protective tape around the quarter wheel opening moulding as shown in the illustration.
   2. Remove the clip.
   3. Heat the quarter wheel opening moulding surface.

      1. Using a heat light, heat the double-sided tape remaining on the quarter wheel opening moulding and vehicle body.

      WARNING:

      • Do not touch the heat light and heated parts, touching the heat light may result in burns.
      • Touching heated parts for a long time may result in burns.

      NOTE:

      Do not heat the quarter wheel opening moulding excessively.

   4. Disengage the clip and 2 guides to remove the quarter wheel opening moulding as shown in the illustration.
