Inspection [11/2021 - ]: Procedure
- INSPECT BACK DOOR CONTROL SWITCH
- Check the switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition 5 (CLLS) - 2 (E) Pressed (On) Below 1 Ω 5 (CLLS) - 2 (E) Not pressed (Off) 10 kΩ or higher If the result is not as specified, replace the back door control switch.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
- Check the switch illumination.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the back door control switch illuminates.

Auxiliary Battery Connection Specified Condition Auxiliary battery positive (+) → Terminal 6 (ILL+)
Auxiliary battery negative (-) → Terminal 1 (ILL-)Illumination illuminates If the result is not as specified, replace the back door control switch.
- Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the back door control switch illuminates.
- Check the switch.
