Installation [12/2023 - ]: Procedure
- INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY
Install in this Direction - - - Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.NOTE:
Do not damage the cooler condenser assembly or radiator assembly when installing the cooler condenser assembly.
HINT:
If a new cooler condenser assembly is installed, add compressor oil to the cooler condenser assembly as follows.
Capacity
Add 40 cc (1.35 fl. oz)
Compressor Oil
ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
- Engage the 2 guides and 2 claws to install the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.
- INSTALL NO. 2 COOLER BRACKET
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- CONNECT NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT DISCHARGE HOSE
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
Compressor Oil
ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
- Install the O-ring to the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.NOTE:
Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free from foreign matter.
- Connect the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the No. 1 cooler refrigerant discharge hose.
- CONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY B
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid tube sub-assembly B.
Compressor Oil
ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
- Install the O-ring to the liquid tube sub-assembly B.NOTE:
Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free from foreign matter.
- Connect the liquid tube sub-assembly B to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid tube sub-assembly B.
- CONNECT LIQUID TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY A
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid tube sub-assembly A.

ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
- Install the O-ring to the liquid tube sub-assembly A.NOTE:
Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free from foreign matter.
- Connect the liquid tube sub-assembly A to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid tube sub-assembly A.
- CONNECT LIQUID PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid pipe sub-assembly.
Compressor Oil
ND-OIL 11 or equivalent
- Install the O-ring to the liquid pipe sub-assembly.NOTE:
Keep the O-ring and O-ring fitting surface free from foreign matter.
- Engage the 2 guides.
- Connect the liquid pipe sub-assembly to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.
Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf)
- Remove the vinyl tape, and sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the liquid pipe sub-assembly.
- INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE LH
- INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR AIR GUIDE RH
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL VEHICLE APPROACHING SPEAKER ASSEMBLY

- INSTALL FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE LH
- INSTALL FRONT RADIATOR SIDE AIR GUIDE PLATE RH
- INSTALL THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER LOWER ABSORBER
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER
- INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
