- Enter the following menus:
- CHECK ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGER ASSEMBLY (CHECK VOLTAGE) WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves.
Pre-procedure1
- Check that the service plug grip is not installed.NOTE:
After removing the service plug grip, do not turn the ignition switch to ON (READY), unless instructed by the service information because this may cause a malfunction.
- Disconnect the I33 voltage inverter connector.NOTE:
If the I33 connector is disconnected with the auxiliary battery connected, P1CE6-15 may be detected. Therefore, check that the cable is disconnected from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal before starting the operation.
- Connect the cable to the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
Procedure1
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
*a Front view of wire harness connector
(to Voltage Inverter)Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition I33-2 (IND) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 4.5 to 5.5 V I33-1 (VAIN) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 4.5 to 5.5 V NOTE:f the ignition switch is turned to ON with the voltage inverter assembly connector disconnected, other DTCs will be stored. Therefore, clear the DTCs after checking.
