DTC P0D38-28: Hybrid/EV Battery Charger Input Current Sensor Circuit Signal Bias Level Out of Range / Zero Adjustment Failure [12/2023 - ]: Description

The charge control ECU built into the electric vehicle charger assembly monitors the input alternating current using the IAC sensor. If it detects an IAC sensor malfunction, it stores a DTC. If these DTCs are output, replace the electric vehicle charger assembly.
