DTC P0960-12: Pressure Control Solenoid "A" Control Circuit Short to Battery [09/2023 - ]: Description

The TCM performs shifting from 1st to 6th gear with ON-OFF combinations of solenoid (SL1, SL2, SL3, SL5, SL6, SC2 and SC6) valve.
As a fail-safe function, the TCM turns the other solenoids ON or OFF if an open circuit or short occurs in any of the solenoid circuits. (If an open circuit or short circuit occurs, the TCM cuts power to the malfunctioning solenoid valve.)
