| To add ie to sum_ie every 0.02 seconds | - |
| ie: Difference of target current and solenoid current sum_ie is cleared if at least the one following condition is satisfied | - |
| (1) Certain monitor enabling conditions are not satisfied | - |
| (2) ie | -0.05 A or higher and 0.05 A or less |
| (3) Sign of ie is changed | - |
