Typical Malfunction Thresholds

OFF malfunction

When one of the following conditions is met: OFF malfunction (A), (B) or (C)

OFF MALFUNCTION (A)

Both conditions are met	(a) and (b)
(a) Time that following conditions met continuously	0.5 seconds or more at transmission fluid temperature is 30°C (86°F))
(b) Actual start clutch pressure - TCM indicate pressure value of SL7	-235 kPa (-2.4 kgf/cm² , -34 psi) or less

OFF MALFUNCTION (B)

-431.2 kPa (-4.4 kgf/cm² , -63 psi) or less

OFF MALFUNCTION (C)

start clutch integral calculus value

-215.6 kPa (-2.2 kgf/cm² , -31 psi) or less

ON malfunction

When one of the following conditions is met: ON malfunction (A), (B), (C) or (D)

ON MALFUNCTION (A)

431.2 kPa (4.4 kgf/cm² , 63 psi) or higher

ON MALFUNCTION (B)

start clutch integral calculus value

215.6 kPa (2.2 kgf/cm² , 31 psi) or higher

ON MALFUNCTION (C)

Both conditions are met	(a) and (b)
(a) Time that following conditions met continuously	1 second or more
(b) Actual start clutch pressure - Target start clutch pressure	784 kPa (8.0 kgf/cm² , 114 psi) or higher

ON MALFUNCTION (D)

Both conditions are met	(a) and (b)
(a) Time that following conditions met continuously	1 second or more
(b) Actual start clutch pressure - Target start clutch pressure	784 kPa (8.0 kgf/cm² , 114 psi) or higher
