If there is no speed signal from the No. 2 skid control ECU even though the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly determines that the vehicle is being driven, the hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly interprets this as a malfunction in the speed signal circuit. The hybrid vehicle control ECU assembly then illuminates the MIL and stores this DTC.
