Installation [09/2023 - ]: Procedure

   Push Up the Lever

   -

   -

   1. Coat a new O-ring with Toyota Genuine ATF WS, and install it to the transmission wire.
   2. Pass the transmission wire through the installation mouth of the transaxle assembly with motor and inverter.
   3. Install the transmission wire to the transaxle assembly with motor and inverter with the bolt.

      Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the transmission wire.

   4. Connect the transmission wire connector and raise the lever to engage the claw.

      HINT: 

      Push up the lever until the claw of the transmission wire connector makes a connection sound.

   5. Engage the clamp.
   6. Connect the 2 transmission wire connectors.
