INSTALL CABLE EV CHARGER LOCK ASSEMBLY

INSTALL NO. 1 EV CHARGE CONNECTOR DRAIN HOSE

Install the No. 1 EV charge connector drain hose to the inlet AC charger cable and slide the clip to secure it.
NOTE:
Make sure that the clip is positioned as shown in the illustration.

INSTALL INLET AC CHARGER CABLE

WARNING:

Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

Earth Terminal

Nut

Torque: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf/cm, 62 in.lbf)

Bolt

Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)

Engage the 2 clamps.
Connect the inlet AC charger cable connector and slide the green-colored lock as shown in the illustration to lock it securely.
NOTE:
Make sure that the connector is connected securely.

INSTALL WATER BY-PASS PIPE

Alignment Mark

Rib

Connect the No. 1 EV charge connector drain hose, No. 2 EV charge connector drain hose and water by-pass pipe.
NOTE:
Make sure to align the alignment mark of the hose with the rib of the water by-pass pipe.

CONNECT NO. 2 EV CHARGE CONNECTOR DRAIN HOSE

Alignment Mark

Connect the No. 1 EV charge connector drain hose.
NOTE:
Make sure to align the alignment mark of the hose with the rib of the water by-pass pipe.

INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY RH
INSTALL ROPE HOOK ASSEMBLY
INSTALL ROPE HOOK
INSTALL NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK
INSTALL DECK TRIM POCKET COVER
CONNECT REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9
INSTALL DECK SIDE TRIM COVER RH
CONNECT REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY RH
1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 11
INSTALL CENTER PILLAR LOWER GARNISH BELT HOLE COVER RH
CONNECT REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH
1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 13
INSTALL REAR FLOOR FINISH PLATE
