Removal [09/2023 - 12/2023]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD LH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 7

  2. REMOVE FRONT WHEEL OPENING EXTENSION PAD RH 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 8

  3. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 9

  4. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 4

  5. REMOVE REAR DRIVE SHAFT ASSEMBLY RH 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - ]

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 1 TRANSMISSION OIL COOLER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  7. DISCONNECT NO. 1 INVERTER COOLING HOSE ASSEMBLY

  8. REMOVE REAR TRANSAXLE MOTOR COOLING COOLER 
    HINT: 
    Use a container to catch any coolant and hybrid transaxle fluid which flow out of the rear transaxle motor cooling cooler.

      1. Using a T40 "TORX" socket wrench, remove the 3 bolts and rear transaxle motor cooling cooler from the rear transaxle with motor and inverter assembly.
      2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the rear transaxle motor cooling cooler.
