Within the specified time from when HV battery cooling starts, if the command value sent to the No. 2 magnet valve assembly is an open command and the change in refrigerant temperature for the duct inlet 1 and duct inlet 2 is lower than the specified value, the battery ECU assembly illuminates the MIL and stores a DTC.
