Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

- REMOVE BATTERY VOLTAGE SENSOR
Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]
- REMOVE NO. 10 TRACTION BATTERY BRACKET WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- DISCONNECT NO. 2 TRACTION BATTERY WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- DISCONNECT NO. 1 TRACTION BATTERY WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- REMOVE NO. 3 TRACTION BATTERY WIRE WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
NOTE:Insulate each disconnected high-voltage connector with insulating tape. Wrap the connector from the wire harness side to the end of the connector.
- REMOVE NO. 2 TRACTION BATTERY WIRE WARNING:HINT: Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 2 traction battery wire is necessary.
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- REMOVE NO. 1 TRACTION BATTERY WIRE WARNING:HINT: Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 1 traction battery wire is necessary.
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- REMOVE NO. 15 TRACTION BATTERY BRACKET WARNING:HINT: Perform this procedure only when replacement of the No. 15 traction battery bracket and No. 2 HV battery seal is necessary.
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
- REMOVE NO. 2 TRACTION BATTERY DEVICE BOX ASSEMBLY WARNING:
Be sure to wear insulated gloves and protective goggles.
NOTE:If the No. 2 traction battery device box assembly has been struck or dropped, replace it with a new one.
