Installation [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

INSTALL NO. 1 JUNCTION BLOCK ASSEMBLY
Torque: 19 N.m (194 kgf/cm, 14 ft.lbf)

CONNECT FLOOR UNDER WIRE

WARNING:

Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)

CONNECT NO. 3 HIGH VOLTAGE FLOOR UNDER WIRE

WARNING:

Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf)

INSTALL JUNCTION BLOCK COVER

WARNING:

Be sure to wear insulated gloves.

Connect the 2 connectors and slide the green-colored lock as shown in the illustration to lock it securely.
Engage the 2 clamps.

Torque: 8.0 N.m (82 kgf/cm, 71 in.lbf)
