Inspection [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 TRACTION BATTERY HEATER RELAY 
    1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      1(BH0) -3(HR0) Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 11(BHR) and 8(BHRG) 10 kΩ or higher
      Auxiliary battery voltage applied between terminals 11(BHR) and 8(BHRG) Below 1 Ω
      6(BH1) -4(HR1) Auxiliary battery voltage not applied between terminals 11(BHR) and 8(BHRG) 10 kΩ or higher
      Auxiliary battery voltage applied between terminals 11(BHR) and 8(BHRG) Below 1 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the No. 1 traction battery heater relay.
