Removal [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE NO. 2 TRACTION BATTERY DEVICE BOX ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 TRACTION BATTERY COOLER TUBE 
    See step  2
  3. REMOVE NO. 1 TRACTION BATTERY COOLER TUBE 
    See step  3
  4. REMOVE NO. 1 AIR CONDITIONING THERMISTOR ASSEMBLY 
    See step  6
  5. REMOVE NO. 4 LIQUID TUBE 
    See step  7
  6. REMOVE NO. 3 MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the O-ring from the No. 2 liquid tube.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts with vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  7. REMOVE NO. 3 LIQUID TUBE 
    See step  9
  8. REMOVE NO. 1 MAGNET VALVE ASSEMBLY

      1. Using a 5 mm socket hexagon wrench, remove the bolt, No. 2 magnet valve assembly and No. 1 liquid tube from the No. 2 liquid tube.

      1. Remove the 2 O-rings from the No. 2 liquid tube.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts with vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.
