Installation [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

HINT:  The No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor and No. 1 traction battery cooler sheet cannot be reused after removing and installing each HV supply stack sub-assembly. Apply the No. 1 the traction battery cooler sheet after removing the peeling paper of its back side (the surface with a bright color).    *1	No. 1 Traction Battery Cooler Sheet	*2	No. 1 Traction Battery Cooler Conductor

   *a	54.7 to 57.9mm (2.153 to 2.279 in.)	*b	24.0mm (0.944 in.)
   	Front of Vehicle	-	-

   1. Clean and degrease the surface of the new No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor.
   2. Attach the new No. 1 traction battery cooler sheet to the No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor in the position shown in the illustration.

HINT:  The No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor and No. 1 traction battery cooler sheet cannot be reused after removing and installing each HV supply stack sub-assembly.

   1. Engage the 4 guides to install the 2 No. 1 traction battery cooler conductors.
   2. Fill each No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor with the included compressor oil.

      Required Amount(HINT)

      20 g (0.706 oz) (10 g (0.353 oz) for each No. 1 traction battery cooler conductor.)
