Removal [09/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY 
  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - 12/2023] , or refer to REMOVAL [12/2023 - ]

  3. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Captain Seat Type) 

    Refer to REMOVAL [09/2023 - ]

  4. REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR FLOOR SILENCER

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT LH

  7. REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      1. Disconnect the battery cooling blower assembly connector.
      2. Remove the 3 bolts and battery cooling blower assembly from the HV battery.
        NOTE:
        • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.
        • Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
  8. REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  9. REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
  10. REMOVE NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT LH

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
