Removal [09/2023 - ]: Procedure

REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT ASSEMBLY
- for Captain Seat Type:

REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY

REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY (for Captain Seat Type)

REMOVE FRONT FLOOR CARPET ASSEMBLY

REMOVE NO. 1 REAR FLOOR SILENCER

REMOVE NO. 1 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT LH

REMOVE BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the battery cooling blower assembly connector.
Remove the 3 bolts and battery cooling blower assembly from the HV battery.
NOTE:
- Be sure not to touch the fan part of the battery cooling blower assembly.
- Do not lift the battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.

REMOVE NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
REMOVE NO. 2 BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY
1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

REMOVE NO. 2 HV BATTERY INTAKE DUCT LH

REMOVE NO. 2 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT
