Inner Rear View Mirror Assembly Communication Stop Mode [09/2023 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal.
- Disconnect the K3 inner rear view mirror assembly connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition K3-9 (CANH) - K3-10 (CANL) Cable disconnected from negative (-) auxiliary battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH LINES OR CONNECTOR (INNER REAR VIEW MIRROR ASSEMBLY)

- Check the inner rear view mirror assembly power source circuit.
