Rear Panel Switch Operation not Accepted [12/2023 - ]: Procedure

1. Clear the DTC.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Clear DTCs 

2. Check for DTCs.

   Body Electrical > Air Conditioner > Trouble Codes 

   Result

   B14B3-87 is output	B

Result: 

B 

GO TO DTC B14B3-87. Refer to  DTC B14B3-87: Lost Communication with Rear Panel LIN Missing Message [12/2023 - ]

1. Disconnect the D34 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Voltage

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D34-5 (B) - Body ground	Ignition switch off	11 to 14 V
   D34-6 (IG+) - Body ground	Ignition switch ON	11 to 14 V
   	Ignition switch off	Below 1 V

   Result

   Proceed to
   OK
   NG

Result: 

NG 

REPAIR OR REPLACE HARNESS OR CONNECTOR 

Result: 

OK

1. Disconnect the D34 air conditioning amplifier assembly connector.

2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

   Standard Resistance

   Tester Connection	Condition	Specified Condition
   D34-17 (GND) - Body ground	Always	Below 1 Ω

   NG
