Inspection [09/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION CONTROL AND PANEL ASSEMBLY 
    1. Check the switch.

      *a Component without harness connected
      (Integration Control and Panel Assembly)
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard Resistance

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result
        D23-1 (B) - D23-6 (L) Pushed (ON) Below 1 Ω Ω
        D23-1 (B) - D23-6 (L) Not Pushed (OFF) 10 kΩ or higher kΩ

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.

    2. Check the switch illumination.
      1. Apply auxiliary battery voltage to the switch connector and check that the integration control and panel assembly illuminates.

        OK

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        Auxiliary battery positive (+) - D23-2 (ILL+)
        Auxiliary battery negative (-) - D23-5 (ILL-)        		 Always Switch illumination illuminates

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration control and panel assembly.
