Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL NO. 2 BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY

      1. Install the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly to the HV battery with the 3 bolts.

        Torque: 7.5 N.m (76 kgf/cm, 66 in.lbf) 

        NOTE:
        • Be sure not to touch the fan part of the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly.
        • Do not lift the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly using the wire harness.
      2. Connect the No. 2 battery cooling blower assembly connector.
  2. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT 
  3. INSTALL BATTERY COOLING BLOWER ASSEMBLY 
  4. INSTALL NO. 1 HYBRID BATTERY INTAKE DUCT LH 
  5. INSTALL UPPER HV BATTERY COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY 
  6. INSTALL NO. 2 FLOOR MAT 
  7. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LEG SUB-ASSEMBLY 
    1. Fig 1: Rear Seat Cushion Leg Sub-Assembly Bolts Tightening Sequence

      1. Temporarily install the rear seat cushion leg sub-assembly with the 7 bolts.
      2. Fully tighten the 6 bolts in the order shown in the illustration.

        Torque: 24 N.m (245 kgf/cm, 18 ft.lbf) 

      3. Engage the clamp.
  8. INSTALL FOLD SEAT CONTROL ECU (for Power Seat) 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  9. INSTALL BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 
  10. INSTALL NO. 3 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 
  11. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH 
  12. INSTALL NO. 2 BATTERY SERVICE COVER BOARD 
  13. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH 
  14. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION LOCK HOOK 
  15. INSTALL REAR SEAT CUSHION ASSEMBLY
