Removal [08/2023 - ]: Procedure

  1. RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 2

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT ASSEMBLY RH 
    1. Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
      1. for LED Type Turn Signal Light:

        Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]

      2. for Bulb Type Turn Signal Light:

        Refer to REMOVAL [10/2022 - ]

  3. DISCONNECT NO. 1 COOLER REFRIGERANT SUCTION HOSE

      1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the No. 1 cooler refrigerant suction hose.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the No. 1 cooler refrigerant suction hose.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  4. DISCONNECT AIR CONDITIONING HOSE AND ACCESSORY

      1. Remove the bolt and air conditioning hose and accessory.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the air conditioning hose and accessory.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  5. REMOVE AIR CONDITIONING HOSE AND ACCESSORY

      1. Disconnect the connector.

      1. Remove the 2 bolts and air conditioning hose and accessory.
      2. Remove the 2 O-rings from the air conditioning hose and accessory.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  6. DISCONNECT SUCTION HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

      1. Remove the bolt and disconnect the suction hose sub-assembly.
      2. Remove the O-ring from the suction hose sub-assembly.
        NOTE:

        Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

  7. REMOVE ACCUMULATOR ASSEMBLY
