Monitor Description

When any of the following conditions occur, the air conditioning amplifier assembly illuminates the MIL and stores the DTC.

Condition 1 

• During cooling battery cooling and battery cooling, when the fail-safe operated at high refrigerant pressure, and when it was not detected 3 times or more that the No. 1 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct inlet 1) temperature when the compressor is operating dropped to the threshold or more compared with when the compressor is stopped
• During cooling battery cooling and battery cooling, when the fail-safe operated at high refrigerant pressure, and when it was not detected 3 times or more that the No. 1 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct inlet 2) temperature when the compressor is operating dropped to the threshold or more compared with the temperature when the compressor is stopped

Condition 2 

• During cooling battery cooling, when the temperature of the external condenser refrigerant temperature sensor (thermostat assembly) is the threshold or higher, the average temperature of the No. 2 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct outlet 1) and No. 2 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct outlet 2) is the threshold or higher, the opening angle of the cooler expansion valve is the threshold or higher, and the change in the opening angle of the battery cooler expansion valve is the threshold or more
• During battery cooling, when the temperature of the external condenser refrigerant temperature sensor (thermostat assembly) is the threshold or higher, the average temperature of the No. 2 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct outlet 1) and No. 2 air conditioning thermistor assembly (duct outlet 2) is the threshold, and the opening angles of the No. 1 battery cooler expansion valve and No. 2 battery cooler expansion valve are the threshold or higher
