AWD Warning Remains ON [10/2022 - ]: Procedure
- CHECK VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (DYNAMIC TORQUE CONTROL AWD SYSTEM)
- Using the GTS, check for Vehicle Control History.
Refer to VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY (RoB) [10/2022 - ]

If vehicle control history is stored when the dynamic torque control AWD system are suspended, the warning message is displayed.

PERFORM TROUBLESHOOTING AND REPAIR REGARDING VEHICLE CONTROL HISTORY

NOTE:After performing troubleshooting and repair regarding vehicle control history, clear the vehicle control history.

- Using the GTS, check for Vehicle Control History.
- CHECK IF 4WD ECU ASSEMBLY CONNECTOR IS SECURELY CONNECTED
- Check that there is no looseness at the locking and connecting parts of the 4WD ECU assembly connector.
- Disconnect the H14 and H15 4WD ECU assembly connectors.
- Check the connector case and the terminal for deformation and corrosion.
OK
No deformation or corrosion
- Connect the H14 and H15 4WD ECU assembly connectors.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (IG1 TERMINAL)
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Disconnect the H14 4WD ECU assembly connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
