  1. MALFUNCTION DESCRIPTION 

    The hybrid vehicle control ECU outputs the charging power request signal to the electric vehicle charger assembly to control the charging power so that it does not exceed the threshold. If the charging power exceeds the threshold, the hybrid vehicle control ECU will detect a malfunction.

    The cause of this malfunction may be one of the following:

    Electric vehicle charger assembly internal malfunction 

    • Electric vehicle charger assembly malfunction
