DTC P31DB-9E: AC Inverter Drive Signal Stuck On [08/2023 - ]: Description

The hybrid vehicle control ECU sends the voltage inverter operation permission/prohibit signal (NOAC signal) to the voltage inverter. Also, a voltage inverter gate isolation function check is performed, and a DTC is stored if there is a malfunction in the voltage inverter gate isolation.
