*1: When the starter assembly is replaced, "ST No. 1 relay" must be also replaced.
*2: Not necessary when ECM replaced with new one
*3: Even when not replacing the part, it is necessary to perform the specified necessary procedures after installation.
*4: When "[Parking Support Brake System icon] System Stopped See Owner's Manual" is displayed on the multi-information display.
*5: Also necessary after performing a tire rotation.
*6: It is not necessary to perform this procedure if the tire pressure warning valve and transmitters are installed to the same location.
*7: The vehicle height changes because of tire replacement.
- The engine assembly with transaxle is very heavy. Be sure to follow the procedure described in the appropriate service information
, or the engine lifter may suddenly drop or the engine assembly with transaxle may fall off the engine lifter.
*a An Object Exceeding Weight Limit of Engine Lifter - To prevent burns, do not touch the engine, exhaust manifold or other high temperature components while the engine is hot.
- The automatic transaxle assembly is very heavy. Be sure to follow the procedure described in the appropriate service information
, or the transmission jack may suddenly drop.
*a An Object Exceeding Weight Limit of Transmission Jack
- To prevent the key from being locked in the vehicle, make sure to enter e-latch inspection mode and enable the manual release handle before disconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- If automatic transaxle assembly parts are replaced, refer to Parts Replacement Compensation Table to determine if any additional operations are necessary.
