- SET EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
- CONNECT NO. 4 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
- INSTALL NO. 1 EGR COOLER GASKET

See step 4 - INSTALL EGR COOLER ASSEMBLY
See step 5 - CONNECT NO. 4 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
- CONNECT NO. 3 WATER BY-PASS HOSE
- INSTALL EGR VALVE ASSEMBLY
- INSTALL EGR INLET GASKET
- INSTALL EGR VALVE ADAPTER GASKET
- INSTALL NO. 1 EGR PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY
- CONNECT ENGINE WIRE
Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf)
- CONNECT NO. 2 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
- CONNECT NO. 1 FUEL VAPOR FEED HOSE
- INSTALL INVERTER WITH CONVERTER ASSEMBLY
- for PHEV Model:

- for HEV Model:

- for PHEV Model:
- ADD ENGINE COOLANT (for Engine)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 6
- INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK (for Engine)
Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1 - INSPECT FOR EXHAUST GAS LEAK
- If gas is leaking, tighten the areas necessary to stop the leak. Replace damaged parts as necessary.
HINT:
Perform "Inspection After Repairs" after repairing or replacing the exhaust system.
