DTC P2600-9E: Motor/Generator Coolant Pump "A" Control Circuit Stuck On [10/2022 - 10/2024]: Procedure

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (L TERMINAL VOLTAGE)
Pre-procedure1
- Disconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Reconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (OIL PUMP WITH MOTOR ASSEMBLY - OIL PMP RELAY)
Pre-procedure1
- Disconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.
- Remove the OIL PMP relay from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result B76-4 (L) or 5 (OIL PMP relay) - Body ground and other terminals Ignition switch ON Below 1 V V NOTE:- Do not apply excessive force when using the probes of the tester to perform the inspection. If excessive force is used, the terminals will be damaged.
- Turning the ignition switch to ON with the oil pump with motor assembly connector disconnected causes other DTCs to be stored. Clear the DTCs after performing this inspection.

Post-procedure1
- Turn the ignition switch off.
- Install the OIL PMP relay to the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
- Reconnect the oil pump with motor assembly connector.

- CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (HYBRID VEHICLE CONTROL ECU - OIL PMP RELAY)
Pre-procedure1
- Disconnect the hybrid vehicle control ECU connector.
- Remove the OIL PMP relay from the No. 1 engine room relay block and No. 1 junction block assembly.
- Turn the ignition switch to ON.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Result A21-17 (OPM2) or 1 (OIL PMP relay) - Body ground and other terminals Ignition switch ON Below 1 V V NOTE:- Do not apply excessive force when using the probes of the tester to perform the inspection.
