Blind Spot Monitor Sensor Communication Stop Mode [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

- CHECK FOR OPEN IN CAN BUS LINES (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR LH (B) BRANCH LINE)
- Disconnect the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Disconnect the L2 blind spot monitor sensor LH (B)connector.
- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition L2-3 (CA1P) - L2-2 (CA1N) Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal 54 to 69 Ω Result
Proceed to OK NG

REPAIR OR REPLACE CAN BRANCH LINES OR CONNECTOR (BLIND SPOT MONITOR SENSOR LH (B))

- Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Resistance
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition L2-1 (BLGD) - Body ground Cable disconnected from negative (-) battery terminal Below 1 Ω - Reconnect the cable to the negative (-) battery terminal.
- Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.
Standard Voltage
Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition L2-8 (BLB) - Body ground Ignition switch ON 11 to 14 V Result
