Installation [10/2022 - ]: Procedure

1. Fig 1: Oil Cooler Assembly Tightening Sequence

   1. Install the oil cooler assembly with the 4 bolts in several steps in the order shown in the illustration.

      Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf)

   1. Install the exhaust pipe heat insulator with the 2 bolts.

      Torque: 21 N.m (214 kgf/cm, 15 ft.lbf) 

      NOTE:

      Make sure that the exhaust pipe heat insulator do not contact the oil cooler assembly.
