Installation [09/2014 - ]: Procedure

1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the ATF temperature sensor.
2. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the transmission wire.
3. Install the transmission wire with the bolt.

   Torque: 5.4 N.m (55 kgf/cm, 48 in.lbf) 

4. Connect the transmission wire connector and raise the lever to engage the claw.

   HINT: 

   Push up the lever until the claw makes a "click" sound.

1. Connect the 9 shift solenoid valve connectors.
2. Coat a new ATF temperature sensor O-ring with ATF.
3. Connect the ATF temperature sensor and install the temperature sensor clamp with the bolt.

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

4. Install the 2 valve body wire harness clamps with the 2 bolts.

   for Bolt (A) 

   Torque: 6.4 N.m (65 kgf/cm, 57 in.lbf) 

   for Bolt (B) 

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

1. Coat a new O-ring with ATF and install it to the valve body oil strainer assembly.
2. Install the valve body oil strainer assembly with the 4 bolts.

   Torque: 10 N.m (102 kgf/cm, 7 ft.lbf) 

1. Install the 6 transmission oil cleaner magnets to the automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

2. Install a new automatic transmission oil pan gasket and the automatic transmission oil pan sub-assembly to the automatic transmission with transfer assembly with the 20 bolts.

   Torque: 7.0 N.m (71 kgf/cm, 62 in.lbf) 

1. Install the No. 1 exhaust pipe support bracket sub-assembly with the 2 bolts (A), 2 new bolts (B) and 2 new nuts.

   Nut

   for Bolt (A) 

   Torque: 43 N.m (438 kgf/cm, 32 ft.lbf) 

   for Bolt (B) 

   Torque: 39 N.m (398 kgf/cm, 29 ft.lbf) 

   HINT: 

   Tighten the bolt (B) while holding the nut.
