Installation [10/2015 - ]: Procedure

  1. INSTALL ENGINE WATER PUMP ASSEMBLY 
    1. Install a new gasket to the engine water pump assembly.
    2. Install the engine water pump assembly with the 5 bolts.

      Torque: 21 N*m (214 kgf*cm, 15 ft.*lbf) 

  2. INSTALL IDLER PULLEY SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 19

  3. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT TENSIONER ASSEMBLY 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 18

  4. INSTALL RADIATOR HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY 

    See step  7 [10/2015 - 11/2017], or see step  7 [11/2017 - ]

  5. INSTALL V-RIBBED BELT 

    Refer to INSTALLATION [10/2015 - ]

  6. ADD ENGINE COOLANT 

    See step  3

  7. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK 

    Refer to PROCEDURE - Step 1

  8. INSTALL CENTER NO. 4 ENGINE UNDER COVER 

    See step  5
